I was riding my bike with my dog. I was pretty fun. But after a while I wanted to walk instead, so I tied my bike to a post, and started walking. After I finished walking, I went home. After I got home, my dog started barking wildly in the direction of the park we just came from. Did he want to go back? Before i could process the question, my dog raced out the door. Where did he go? Right  when I was going to lose hope, my dog came back with my bike! I almost forgot about that!

I went to the pet store to buy a dog. When I got there, I found a really furry dog. Then, to my great surprise, he started to make music! It sounded so good, I didn't care if he was nice or mean, I WANTED HIM. after i bought him, he climbed into the carrier, no problem! Then we got in the vehicle. On the way back home, we saw someone else walking a dog. When my dog saw him, he started barking and growling ferociously. I tried to get him to stop, but he wouldn’t! He looked tired, so the dog asked what had happened. “Which way to the shops?” it panted. “I’ve been looking everywhere!” “I think I could show you” “Thank you so much!” So they went to the nearest shop, but the dog forgot something to think about. Why did this dog want to get to the shop? When they got there, “Good dog!” What was this? “Now to capture this other dog and sell him for big money! I’m going to be so rich!”

Who’s this years Read-a-thon winner at Glenridge?     this is the Read-a-thon. if you don't know what that is, see the second paragraph. now, on with the competition!    On October 2nd, 2019, Mrs.Barnes announced who won the Read-a-thon at Glenridge Elementary School.    First, you might be wondering what the Read-a-thon is at Glenridge Elementary School. So, the Read-a-thon is a reading competition. The more you read, the higher chance you will win. But this year, Glenridge Elementary School did something new. If you read 10 minutes a day, then you might be able get bronze, or third place. If you read 20 minutes a day, then you might be able to get silver, or second place. Finally, if you read 30 minutes a day, then you might be able to get gold, or first place. You also get a gift card if you win.     So, here’s how it went. First Mrs.Barnes announced who had won.
